On-demand Delivery
edgedin Managed Services is a subscription-based service. Clients pay monthly fees to have access to edgedin Foundation and edgedin Apps. There's no minimum commitment or capital investment required. Clients always have access to the latest patches and upgrades at no extra cost.
Clients also have the ability to deploy their custom device applications on the system and provide access to their customers to manage their assets.
Rapid Implementations
edgedin Managed Services provides you with an implementation-ready system to deploy connected products to your customers.
edgedin Managed Services allows you to conduct rapid prototyping of your Connected Product Solution and proof of concepts. You can utilize the service to perform pilot programs with your customers or evaluate your new initiative with minimal investment.

| Monthly Subscription | There is no minimum commitment or long term contract and license agreements. Monthly subscription gives customers the pay-as-you-go flexiblity and peace of mind. |
| edgedin Foundation | You get all the capabilities and benefits of edgedin Foundation. You also get a personalized admnistartion dashboard where you can access your devices and manage your depolyment including security, access control, users and groups management. |
| edgedin Apps | Any app from edgedin Apps Center or your own custom app can be deployed to your device and used in edgedin SaaS environment. |
| Maintenance and Upgrades | You get free access to maintenance and upgrade packages. Maintenance notifications will be send out a head of time and followed by multiple reminders as the maintenance day approaches so you can appropriately plan on your end. |
| Point Release | You will always be running on the latest edgedin Foundation release. Backwards compatibility is a key requirement for edgedin Foundation platform releases including major and minor releases. Major and minor upgrades will be clearly communicated with a migration plan well a head of time and before the GA release is available. |
| Support Services | edgedin SaaS environment comes with our standard technical support service. We will resolve any issues with edgedin hosted environment. We will also help and provide basic support for technical issues on the device apps. | Education and Training | Training services are not included with your monthly subscription. We can answer any questions related to documentation, user maunal, and developer guide. | Technical Consulting | Basic technical consulting such as identifying key technical requirements and implementation approaches can be provided as part of your SaaS agreement. | Strategic Consulting | edgedin consultants can help you with scoping out your pilot program and how you can best leverage edgedin SaaS environment to minimize your cost and speed up your pilot program. | Deployment | edgedin support services can help you with any technical issues you may encounter during the intial deployment of your devices. Complex issues related to the apps on your devices may not be part of edgedin SaaS support. Learn more about edgedin professional services. |
