Point Release Support	Services include support for up to 12 months after the next Point Release including minor and major releases. If a release is no longer supported, edgedin support staff will assist you with any upgrade problems you may encounter.
Issue Resolution	Support and maintenance services include issue resolution with problems or bugs on the software by providing patches, software updates, procedures and instructions.
Questions, help and guidance	Our knowledgeable support staff helps you understand edgedin Foundation platform features and capabilities, and resolve issues during basic setup at customer environment.
Maintenance	Customers with active maintenance and support agreements have access to all updates and patches. Our technical support team can help you with applying the latest patches and updates to the software.

Education
Administrator Training	Training geared towards technical staff with responsibilities to perform system installation and configuration including security, user roles and permissions, and edgedin Foundation platform setup.
Developer Training	Join our developer training program to learn how to develop your own custom edge apps and deploy them on edgedin Foundation platform or extending existing applications in the Apps Center. edgedin Foundation platform supports normal Web applications and services using the Web open technologies including client-side and server-side technologies.
End-User Training	Training intended for users with access to the administration dashboard of edgedin Foundation platform. The administration dashboard allows authorized users to to manage and interact with devices on edgedin Foundation platform as well as manage, device groups, and users roles and permissions.
